A free survey
As each home is unique, so too are our doors. To ensure this, we send out an expert to take measurements of your doorway, which will help in the manufacture of your new door.
Uplift of your old door
There’s no need to worry about what to do with your old door, as we’ll take this away for you to be recycled.
Guarantee
Your door is covered by guarantee, and should you encounter any issues, our aftercare service is happy to help.

Expect an e-mail or call from our dedicated Sales Team, who will discuss your requirements with you.
We’ll arrange your free survey and confirm order details
A free survey is arranged for a date that suits you. After measurements are taken, our Sales Team can advise you of any requirements or potential changes should the sizes affect your available choices. If you are happy to go ahead, your new door will begin production.
Your order is put into production
As each order is bespoke, we will build your door with utmost care and inform you when it is ready for the installation stage.
Fitting is arranged and carried out
Like with a survey, you can arrange a suitable date for the installation, and it is your fitter who will keep in touch to ensure this. Your trusted fitter will take great care in installing your door, leaving behind no rubbish and even taking away the old door free of charge.
We contact you for payment
Soon after the installation, you will be contacted by our Accounts team to make payment.
We issue your guarantee
Finally, we will send you the guarantee for your door. Should you encounter any issues, our Projects Team will be glad to help.
