How can I get a quote?
Getting a quote is simple - whether it's fully fitted or supply only, prices are displayed here on our website for your viewing.

What areas do you cover?
We provide our services to the whole of Mainland UK including the islands.
We also ship our products to the rest of the world (supply only).
How long will my order take?
Fully fitted doors
If we are installing a door for you, the process takes on average 4-5 weeks from confirming sizes. We have been known to fit doors within 1 week or sooner in emergency cases.
Some doors may take longer but would advise upon request.
Supply only doors
If we are delivering your doors for you to DIY/self fit, this would normally take around 3-4 weeks.
Again, some doors may take longer but would advise upon request.
What guarantee do you offer?
Upvc External Doors
All White and Coloured panels, and profiles, supplied by the company are guaranteed for a period of 10 years against warping, cracking, splitting, fading or discolouration.
All Rosewood, Mahogany, Golden Oak and Irish Oak panels and profiles supplied by the company are guaranteed for a period of 5 years against warping, cracking, splitting, fading or discolouration.
The Q-Lon high performance weatherseal gasket system carries a Lifetime guarantee against cracking, splitting or deterioration in any way.
All hardware carries a guarantee of 1 year from the date of delivery/installation against mechanical failure.
All double and triple glazed units are guaranteed for a period of 5 years against delamination (Breaking down of the rubber seal causing a misted glazed unit).
Composite External Doors
All White and Coloured frames supplied by the company are guaranteed for a period of 10 years against warping, cracking, splitting, fading or discolouration (5 Years on Painted Surfaces).
All Rosewood or Golden Oak frames supplied by the company are guaranteed for a period of 5 years against warping, cracking, splitting, fading or discolouration.
GRP skin is guaranteed for a period of 10 years against fading or delamination (5 Years on Painted Surfaces).

Upvc internal & Timber internal doors
All internal doors are covered for a period of 1 year against fading, warping, cracking, splitting or discolouration. Note: All unfinished timber doors must be finished to the manufacturer's recommendation, which are provided with each internal wooden door.
How much is delivery?
Delivery on doors is Free to the following areas:
- England - Free
- Wales - Free
- Scotland - Free with exception of postcodes PA, PH, IV, KW, ZE and HS which may incur an additional cost depending on size.
- Ireland will incur a cost which can be made upon request.

What do I do if I have a problem with my doors?
If you have an issue with any of our products, we would stress that you call as soon as you can, so that we may resolve your issue as promptly as we can. You can call on 0800 910 1122.
How do i make a complaint?
Complaints Procedure
If you're not completely happy with our service we'd like to hear about it, that way we can put it right. We do everything we can to make sure our customers get the best products and the best service possible, however, sometimes we may not get things right first time.
We want to:
- Make it easy for you to tell us what went wrong
- Give your complaint the attention it deserves
- Resolve your complaint fairly and without delay
- Make sure you are satisfied with how your complaint was handled

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our/product service you can tell us about your complaint in the following ways:

How long will it take?
We will aim to resolve your complaint straight away but if we can't we will write to you within 5 business days to tell you:
- Why we have not resolved your complaint
- Who is dealing with your complaint
- When we will contact you again
We will usually resolve your complaint quickly, but if it is complex it may take longer. We will keep you informed on a regular basis but if you need an update please call us on the number above and ask to speak to the person dealing with your complaint.
If we cannot reach agreement with you
If we can't agree a solution within 8 weeks and your complaint relates to our credit brokerage service we will:
- Send a letter giving our reasons for the delay and an indication of when we expect to provide a final decision
OR
- Issue our final decision letter which will explain our final position
