The Norfolk composite door is one of our cottage style doors, with what is known as a Kingston style slab, which consists of a grooved rectangular outline taking up most of the slab's area whilst leaving space for a flat border, and with vertical grooved lines inside of it. The Norfolk composite stable door is divided into two sections, each with its own weatherbar and secure locking system. Both sections of the stable door can be operated independently, or as one joined by a deadbolt. As well as secure locking systems for both parts of the door, a steel reinforced frame and high impact GRP (glass reinforced plastic) skin help to keep intruders at bay.
A solid door is a good option for those living on a busy street, or as either a back door or garage door. With top lights or side panels, you can choose a backing glass design from simple and decorative patterns, and each offers a different level of obscurity to give you a desired degree of privacy. Solid panelling is also available for top lights and side panels. What's more, a catflap or pet door can be fitted within your Norfolk stable door from manual and microchip activated options.
The Norfolk composite stable door comes in a wide selection of finishes, from anthracite grey to the more colourful aubergine (also known as plum), and these same finishes are available for the frame and any solid panelling you may have for top lights or side panels.
Our composite stable doors are supplied and fitted in homes across Britain, and when you order a fully fitted composite stable door we won't take a full upfront payment, so you only pay in full after installation of your door (orders over £3000 are subject to a deposit).
