The Suffolk composite stable door is a modern cottage style with vertical grooves surrounded by a grooved linear box and flat border, and with a diamond shaped panel of glass. The door is divided into two sections, each opening individually and with its own locking system, or as one when joined by a deadbolt. Other features that make this Suffolk style stable door secure include a high impact GRP skin (short for glass reinforced plastic), and steel reinforcement within the frame.
Our cottage style composite doors are perfect for traditional or contemporary style homes, whether for front entrances or as back doors, and even for garages. The Suffolk stable composite door can also be fitted with one of our catflaps or pet doors (for larger cats to medium sized dogs), with options for manually locked catflaps and pet doors, or microchip activate ones that work by recognising your cat or dog's microchip.
Our composite exterior doors are designed to be energy efficient, and are up to six times moreso than average timber doors. The Suffolk composite stable door makes use of warm edge spacer bar technology within the glass to reduce the loss of heat, while Q-Lon gasket weatherseals designed to last against years of use and age will provide a firm seal against external cold and reduce outdoor noise.
The Suffolk composite stable door comes in a selection of colourful and grey finishes, from poppy red to anthracite grey, and while white as standard the frame too can be colour matched to your door. In terms of the interior, this can also be chosen in the same variety of finishes, but most customers are happy to leave this white.
We provide full installation on composite exterior doors with the need for full payment upfront - so you pay in full for the new door after fitting (orders exceeding £3000 will require a deposit).
