The Monmouth modern style composite back door has a full height panel of glass in the centre of a flat 'Garda' slab (this door is also known as the Garda D4 Centre). This door is one of three such designs where a tall vertical glass panel sits within a flat slab, the other two being the Argyll (with the glass on the handle side) and the Gwynedd (with glass on the hinge side) styles.

Glass available for the Monmouth composite back door includes plain glass, Box Lead and Diamond Lead, each of which can be paired with backing glass. Providing decoration for the glass or obscurity for your property, the backing glass we offer consists of textures like Stippolyte and Arctic, patterns like Digital and Everglade, as well as Sandblast. These same backing glass options can be included with any top lights, side panels or flag windows that may be a part of your door order, or alternatively solid panelling can be used for greater obscurity.

The Monmouth composite back door is highly secure, featuring steel reinforcement within the frame, and a Secured By Design multi point locking system to keep intruders at bay. The door is also energy efficient, using warm edge tech spacer bars to reduce internal heat loss, and pre fitted high performance weatherseals to insulate against the cold outdoors.

The Monmouth composite back door comes in a wide selection of finishes, from the soft dusk to bold heather, and in greys such as anthracite and silver grey. The frame is white by default, but this too can be ordered in the same large range of finishes as the door.
