Part of our Monza (also known as Varese) range of external composite doors, the Monza 4 Square Hinge composite front door is a modern style, consisting of a grained wood like slab (this grained surface is in fact a GRP - or glass reinforced plastic - skin), which has a grooved rectangular box taking up most of the slab's space but leaving a flat border. This is similar in appearance to our cottage style (or Kingston) composite doors, with the chief difference being that the Monza has horizontal grooved lines within this box as opposed to the vertical lines of the cottage style slab. The simple appearance of the Monza 4 Square Hinge composite door makes it perfectly suited as either a contemporary front door or back entrance door.
Our composites are up to six times more thermally efficient than average timber doors, with the Monza 4 Square Hinge featuring warm edge spacer bar tech within the glass units to help reduce heat loss from inside the home, while long lasting Q-Lon gasket weatherseals stand up against wear and tear to provide an effective seal against the cold for years to come.
The Monza 4 Square Hinge composite front door comes in several finishes, from warm buttercup to cool dusk, and greys such as anthracite and slate. These same finishes are available for the frame, which is white by default. The inside view of the door and frame can similarly be made to a different finish, but customers generally like to leave this as white.
Glass choices include plain glass or one of the contemporary styles, Deco that is frosted and has etched lines or frosted Kensington with a clear border.
Those in trade or looking to carry out DIY fitting will find our supply only composite doors a good option, since each one is made according to customers' sizes, saving them time for installation.
