All pet doors and pet flaps come with manufacturers warranty and are pre fitted in our factory to ensure a correct installation. 

We also have a fully glazed composite door that has the option of a glass fitting catflap, where we have a hole pre cut into the glass, which ensures the neat and tidy installation of the glass fitting cat flap or pet door.

Our installation service is based on doing the job right, and pride ourselves on how we work. Noted below is how our door fitting service works:

1. From the off, measuring your new door to ensure a perfect fit is critical, and is why one of our highly skilled fitters carries out a detailed and free survey of your existing door.
2. Once your measurements have been taken, we then confirm your new door details before we proceed to manufacture.
3. Once your new door is ready, your fitter will arrange with you to come and install your new door. 
4. Your new door will be fitted, finished, tidied up and your old door taken away as part of our service.
5. We will always wait a couple of days after installation, which gives you time to use your new composite door. We then give you a call to make sure you are happy with your new door, and that all is to your satisfaction.
6. Once we've done all that, only then do we take payment.
7. And just one final thing to add, we don't take any deposit, you only pay after the job is done.
