The Norfolk composite door is the solid style that we offer from our range of cottage style doors (which are also known as the 'Kingston' slabs). Most of the Norfolk's slab (as with the other Kingston cottage styles) is taken up by a grooved rectangle with vertical lines running within it. Having a rural aesthetic, this solid choice of door is perfect for those concerned with privacy for their front entrance.
Should your door require a top light or side panels, these can be filled with solid panelling matched to the finish of your door or frame. Alternatively, should you wish for natural sunlight to enter the property, we can include backing glass within glass panels which are not only decorative, but can blur views into the property by outside eyes. We also offer spyholes, should you need to discreetly view anyone approaching your doorstep.
The Norfolk composite door comes in a variety of colourful finishes, with the frame white or matched to your door colour. The grained GRP skin of the Norfolk door makes it look like a traditional timber door, but offers the advantages of weatherproofing the composite door and giving it an easy to clean surface, whereas wooden doors can dampen or swell from the weather, or may require repainting to look as new.
Other benefits our composite doors include are high performance weatherseals to keep draught outside where it belongs, and with the addition of a Secured By Design multi-point locking system, your Norfolk composite door will stand against attempted forced entry thanks to the locks at different points strengthening it.
So, whether you're a homeowner or tradesperson in need of a cottage style solid door with security benefits, the Norfolk can provide. What's more, we make our Supply Only composites to measure, so you won't have to modify the door to make it fit.
We are happy to deliver your Supply Only to your home or building site of choice, and provide free delivery to most areas in the UK (should you wish to enquire about what areas we cover for free delivery, or about delivery arrangements, please contact us).
